Scratch for Children is a children's coding education application based on ScratchJr (scratchjr.org), translated into Korean with some features and content changed. Many more characters and backgrounds were added, and learning samples were built using content from BootUp (bootuppd.org/scratchjr).

We support a range of devices so that coding can be learned on whatever is at hand.

Recent updates

  1. Multiple languages

    The language can be changed from the settings menu at the top right of the home screen.

  2. Fixed character and background editing

    Fixed a problem where coordinates did not line up when editing a character or background.

  3. Fewer unexpected quits

    Resolved some of the cases where the program closed unexpectedly during use.

Scratch for Children is based on ScratchJr by the MIT Media Lab, and Arcade Teading on Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. Learning samples were built using content from BootUp.
